A Culinary Competition. A Foodie's Dream. A Call to Action For Hunger Relief.

The Inaugural Fundraising Event for SERVE 60.

On Saturday November 2, six of Milwaukee's top chefs and restaurants will be "giving back" the extra hour they'll gain during Daylight Saving Time weekend. The reason? To fight hunger and help our event partner, Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin, provide 20,000 meals to families in need!

The 6 chefs will battle each other in a friendly competition to win the "SERVE TASTE GIVE" trophy, bragging rights and a donation in his name to Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin. Each chef will have exactly one hour to create, cook, plate and serve an entire meal made from the six most needed food items at food banks (plus one surprise ingredient).

The meals will be judged by a three person celebrity panel of judges including our host, Kyle Cherek, from the television show, "Wisconsin Foodie". Want to get in on the action? Purchase a VIP ticket and, now, you've earned the right to vote for the crowd favorite! Besides your right to vote, you'll also receive VIP service and become eligible for some cool prizes and giveaways from our sponsors and participating restaurants!

But wait...there's more! Make sure you bring your appetite because we'll have 4 other fantastic chefs, restaurants and caterers serving and sampling their signature food items and dishes for you to taste and enjoy! And, of course, there will be a cash bar!

Tickets are only $60. VIP Tickets are $100. Tickets will sell out quickly so please purchase early or call (414) 389-9906 for more details! Cocktail Attire and Dressy Casual is preferred.

All proceeds raised from the event will go to fund non-profit programming for SERVE 60 and our non-profit partner, Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin.

SERVE 60 is a national initiative designed to increase service and volunteerism in America for at least 60 minutes at a time anytime throughout the year especially during Daylight Saving Time Weekends when we ask all Americans to donate the 60 minutes lost or gained to a non-profit or serve their community.

The SERVE 60 website connects those who want to serve with those in need of volunteers. The website offers a searchable database of volunteer opportunities throughout the country by typing in your local zip code. The non-profit organization, SERVE 60, functions similarly to an ad agency or marketing firm by creating cause related marketing campaigns and community service oriented and volunteer events. For more information about SERVE 60 or to learn how you can become a part of the one hour volunteermovement, please visit our website at
