FAQs
How do I book with the Group Discount option?
You can save LOTS of money when you register 2 or 3 people at the same time. The figure of '1' in the Quantity field of the Group Registration means 2 or 3 people may attend for only $187. So, if you have 3 people to register, you simply select '1' as the quantity. If you have, let's say, five or six people to register, then you would select '2' as your quantity.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Direct all questions to Mark at hello [at] playmeo [dot] com.
Is my registration transferrable?
Absolutely. If for any reason you can not attend the workshop, you may transfer your registration to a freind or colleague. Simply let us know of the change as soon as practicable.
What is the address of the venue?
The precise address of the workshop will be shared with you as soon as your registration and payment have been confirmed. Sorry for the inconvenience, but this 'secrecy' prevents people from just turning up on the day.
Do I need to bring anything?
Please bring your lunch and other refreshments to keep your energy up during the day. A notebook and pen are essential, too, because you will want to take lots of notes.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your registration 14+ days before the workshop, you shall receive a full 100% refund of monies paid. However, if you cancel within 14 days of the workshop date, you shall forfeit your full fee. In this latter case, you are advised to transfer your registration to a colleague or friend.
