This gorgeous invitation gives you permission to carve 'you-time' out of your busy diary for guilt-free relaxation.
As a busy woman, you know what it's like to give 100% to EVERYTHING, to feel guilty when you don't, wanting to do all the things, whilst (maybe) wearing high heels, and trying to keep a smile on your face, right? Right.
With the demands of hectic schedules in a world that wants us to do more with less, every minute of your day is accounted for and relaxation is more important than ever.
Serenity is a monthly, evening gathering dedicated to rest and relaxation and created exclusively for women, in beautiful surroundings, hidden in the heart of Milton Keynes.
The evening begins with a warm welcome and then relaxation activities blending mindfulness, movement and meditation are discussed and practiced. There is space at the end of the evening for tea, cake and group discussion (which is optional). Refreshments are provided with our compliments.
The theme for March's gathering is SLEEP. How well are you sleeping? What stops you sleeping? Would you like to learn a technique which can help you sleep? Join me for an insightful evening in to the world of healthy sleep through meditation and mindfulness.
The group is led by Delphi Ellis, a Mindfulness Practitioner and Qualified Therapist. Spaces are limited so please register early.
What are the parking options at the event?
Free parking is available at and near to the venue. There is also a car park about a 2 minute walk away You'll be sent details when you book.
What can I bring into the event?
Activities will include laying down and being seated. You may wish to bring a mat, blanket and cushions with you. If you have a favourite tea you like to drink, please bring this with you, although a range of refreshments are provided. You will receive further instructions by email with confirmation of your booking. Whilst the movement in Serenity is very gentle, you will be asked to complete a physical activity readiness questionnaire (PAR Q) just for insurance purposes.
What else do I need to know?
After the group, you will be sent access to a small eBook called "Finding Serenity" containing top tips, and be invited to attend a Facebook group exclusive for attendees, to help you continue your practice.
You must book in advance to secure your space as places are limited.
