Event description

Description

Are you tired of the side effects of birth control and ready to try a new approach? Have you heard about natural birth control but don't understand how it works? Or are you ready for babies but getting pregnant is harder than you thought it would be? Maybe babies aren't a goal for your life, but you're desiring a new relationship to your body, one based on a deeper understanding of how your cycles work?

Join me for an introduction to the Justisse Method of Fertility Awareness! In this online presentation, we'll discuss how to use the scientifically-based Justisse Method to avoid or achieve pregnancy, review the observable fertile signs of the female body, and learn the value of charting your cycle for your overall health. This will be mainly lecture based, but there will be ample time to ask questions.

This presentation is open to everyone over the age of 18, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identification, or partnership status. You are welcome (and encouraged) to bring your partner or partners! Upon registration you will receive the online meeting link as well as a short questionnaire to fill out prior to the presentation. In order to make this information as accessible as possible, all tickets are by donation. Whatever you donate can be applied toward my Fertility Awareness Education package. Attendees will also receive a special discount.

Can't make this date? There will be a replay! You'll receive an email within 48 hours after the event with the replay link. Replay will only be available for one week.

Charting materials are not included but can be purchased directly from me or via the Justisse website. You can learn more about the Justisse Method here: https://justisse.ca/
