2019 PROJECT GOALS:

After the success of the 2017 Monroe Gigabit Project, we launched the 2019 Monroe 5G|Gigabit Project to specifically focus on (1) tripling the number of symmetrical Gigabit connections (1,000 Mbps); (2) reducing broadband/internet Mbps pricing another fifty (50%) percent; and (3) speeding the deployment of 5G Wireless; while (4) eliminating Dead Cell Zones throughout Monroe County, Pennsylvania.

Funded by the Pocono Mountains Economic Development Corporation, and supported by a plethora of Monroe County organizations, the 2017 Monroe Gigabit Project reduced the average price for a symmetrical commercial Gigabit connection from $47,130/year to $9,752/year, a savings of $37,378/year (79% savings) WOW! That's amazing Results!

The Monroe County Dead Cell Zone Project:
We all know places in Monroe County where there is zero cell phone coverage, ZERO. At a time when almost 90% of E-911 calls are generated by cell phones, these Dead Cell Zones are a risk to individual safety as well as 1st-Responder safety!

We need to act. We need massive citizen participation in this Project to build support to eliminate Dead Cell Zones in Monroe County. We're taking these surveys results to the providers seeking investment, corrections and results!

200 Seconds: Can you please take 100-seconds to complete this survey to eliminate Dead Cell Zones in Monroe County. Can you take another 100-seconds to share this survey with everyone you know! Just 200-seconds!
