Event description

"Maximize Your Minutes"

Overview: Our days still have the same 24 hours in them, but why does it seem they are flying by faster than ever? With the high rate of change in organizations and the large amount of information we have coming at us, it’s no wonder we find ourselves struggling to get everything done. Even some of our tried and true time management techniques can fall short as our job duties change and our responsibilities grow. In this webinar we will explore time management on a personal level and create individualized plans to maximize our minutes!

About the Presenter: Jennifer Campfield is the Director of Talent Development at James Madison University. She has expertise in the fields of adult learning, personality/behavior assessment, customer service, teamwork, employee engagement, and human resources policies, procedures and processes. Her personal vision is to assist employees and organizational leaders in gaining the knowledge and skills needed to create high functioning, productive work teams.

Jennifer double majored in Psychology and English as an undergraduate at James Madison University. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Science in Adult Education and Human Resource Development from James Madison University.
