Sensory Supper: Winter Magic
Chef Alex Whyte and Chef Kathryn Rogers present the Winter Edition of Sensory Supper, the second in a Pop-Up Dinner Series to inspire engagement with, exploration of, and excitement around our human senses. Join us for an immersive evening that will awaken your voice, move your body, activate your taste buds, wash over your ears, expand your breath, and open your heart in conscious community.
The delicious evening includes:

+ Guided Movement and Vocal Exploration with Andrew Belinsky
+ Seasonal Three-Course Winter Abudance Dinner featuring organic produce and optional grassfed beef by Chef Alex Whyte and Chef Kathryn Rogers
+ Dessert Bar, Dancing and Live Music by Rae Irelan
+ Breathwork, Meditation and Savasana on Eco-Mattresses with Blake Spencer
Drink pairing tickets will be available for $20 at the door, which includes Golden Coast Mead and Vinavanti Craft Wine pairings with each course, followed by a Mead Tasting Flight (4 mead flavors) during the dessert hour. $10 from each drink ticket sale goes to support Slow Food Urban San Diego's vision of good, clean and fair food for all San Diegans.
All menu items are 100% plant-based, gluten free and refined sugar free, with the option to add grassfed beef to your main dish.
Each participant is an integral part of the experience for all attendees, so please plan to arrive on time and attend the event in full.
