About this Event

FREE for Families with Sensory-Processing Differences

Note: Sensory adjustments are from 9 am – 10 am but families are welcome to stay for the next time block, 10 am - 12:30 pm with the general public.

All kids, teen, and adults with sensory processing differences, autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities are invited to experience a sensory-friendly ECHO! From 9-10 am, the museum will be closed to the general public and lighting and sounds will be adjusted, allowing visitors to enjoy the museum in a calm environment. Interact with ECHO’s exhibits, visit the live animals, and access our sensory backpacks filled with sensory devices! Please note that ECHO recently installed new exhibits: Awesome Forces, Engineer It, and Measurement Rules. Click on those pages to learn more.

Please rsvp by Saturday, May 5.
