What happens to flavors when we toy with these senses?Join Kyle Cherek, host of PBS's Emmy-award winning Wisconsin Foodie, on a sensory exploration of what it means to truly taste. Five innovative courses dedicated to each of the five senses will offer dinner guests a uniquely playful culinary experience. Featuring the innovative molecular gastronomy talents of nationally acclaimed chef Thomas Hauck, each course will stimulate and manipulate flavor perception, taking guests on an unforgettable sensory adventure.
