Overview

Wine is a complex cocktail of flavors, aromas, and colors that intermingle to give its drinker a unique experience. This workshop is designed to teach budding winemakers and wine enthusiast about the flavors and aromas in wine. Participants will be taught how to identify flavor and aroma attribute common in wine. They will then be given a chance to test their skills on the real thing. This workshop will be taught by winemaker Jordan Chaffin, who has experience making wine for leading brands in Napa, Sonoma, and New Zealand.

Cost

$10 per person

Light snacks and wine will be provided.
