Event description

Description

Now entering its 10th season, the annual Sense of Place lecture series connects people through place and storytelling.

Sense of Place started as a small gathering in 2010, but grew quickly to attract over 1,000 patrons annually. Each season, the series features presenters from throughout the Pacific Northwest who share new insights into the cultural, natural, or political history of the Columbia River Gorge.

All lectures are held at the Columbia Center for the Arts, located at 215 Cascade Ave in Hood River on second or third Wednesdays, October through April (no lecture in December).
