Friday May 18, 2018, a professional conference providing CEU/CLE-level sessions will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at St George Fellowship Centre. This conference is geared toward professionals working with seniors and their care as well as service providers and city planners working on the current and future needs of seniors in Summit County and beyond. This would include but is not limited to social workers, guardians, lawyers, and nursing home administrators.

5.5 CEUs – LSWs/LISWs, SWAs and RNs (by reciprocity)

5.5 CEUs – LNHAs (nursing Home Administrators approved by BELTSS).

6.25 CLEs – Attorneys

Note: All sessions have been approved by Summit County Probate Court for all attorney and non-attorney guardian training as required under the Supreme Court of Ohio Rules of Superintendence 66.01 through 66.09.

Full day tickets include breakfast and lunch as well as CEU/CLE credit.

A special Akron Bar Association Sponsorship is available for $250 which includes TWO Full Day tickets to the conference, including CLE or CEU's as well as listing in the Friday Conference Program/Saturday Expo booklet.

A special ticket is available for decision makers in our community who want to attend the breakfast AND the Direction Home Needs Assessment Report-out to the community funded by the Akron Community Foundation and morning sessions.

A special ticket is available for decision makers in our community who want to attend the luncheon AND luncheon speaker Jean Accius, on “Disrupting the Status Quo: Creating Vibrant Communities for All Ages,” and afternoon sessions.
