Join teaching artist Kristen Lucas to explore creative movement and dance in this course for beginners. Thursdays, 1:00pm, 7 weeks
About this event
Engage your mind, body and spirit in a truly fun experience. Students will learn a variety of dance styles and dance fundamentals, creating opportunities for skill mastery and creative self-expression. Up to 20 participants, age 55 and up.
Classes meet weekly Thursday, January 13 to Thursday, February 24, 2022. All classes are from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at the Cordova Library, 8457 Trinity Rd. This Senior Studio Course is offered by Creative Aging in partnership with the Memphis Public Library system.
