These 1:1 senior and adult care consultations offer individual caregivers and their families the opportunity to address their caregiving concerns, work on care plans for their loved ones, and much more, in a private, confidential setting. Care planning and professional support is provided by a licensed social worker from Care.com. Participants register for a one-hour consultation. Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
Please note that, as consultations are being done over Zoom, they can be scheduled flexibly. Registering on EventBrite will prompt a member of our team to reach out to you and coordinate a consultation time convenient for you.
