The ResourceLink Team, a division of Business Development and Procurement Services (BDPS), is a group of Business Development and Procurement specialists who connect your business with the resources and information you need to do business with the City of Dallas and access to the City’s $900 million of purchases per year.
The Vendor Self-Service System (VSS) allows for vendors to create a profile for online bidding for procurement opportunities available through the City of Dallas. The vendor registration process will be introduced and explained.
Informal solicitations are procurements under $50K and formal solicitations are procurements over $50K. The overview will provide content on the differences between both types of procurement.
Open procurement opportunities (formal and informal) are available in the VSS system. In this presentation RLT staff will assist companies in finding and navigating through available opportunities.
