Selling Innovation

Completing the revenue capture process with a solid sales strategy is essential to creating predictable market traction, whether you are working on a start-up or launching a new product/service innovation.  Getting your sales strategy right will yield results that far exceed the investment of time and resources in this workshop.

Selling Innovation is a hands-on workshop designed help entrepreneurs, start-up professionals, and inside sales executives embed revenue capture and retention into every aspect of the Innovation lifecycle.  Led by a team of tech start-up veterans the workshop includes lecture, open discussion, and case studies.  It will also include work-group exercises that teams can work on together after the seminar and immediately apply learning to their efforts. 

Selling Innovation was designed in a dynamic, multi-media curriculum format, with in-class attendance, questions and discussion asked through Twitter to engage fellow attendees as well as the global twitter user base.  Work group sessions are posted on a private Linkedin Group where attendees can network with alumni & instructors from other regions, share ideas, and compare plans.
