Self-Love Saturdays - Being the Main Character in Your Life in 2026
Overview
💭 This workshop is for the woman who’s done a lot for others - and is now ready to start living for herself as well as everyone else.
By the time January rolls around, so many women feel frazzled, stretched thin, and quietly exhausted.
Christmas has been and gone.
Everyone else’s needs have been met.
Life has carried on at full speed.
And somewhere in the middle of all that, you may have felt a little lost.
And now there's the pressure of "new year, new me".
That's not the feels we're holding here (unless you want it to be).
Being the Main Character in Your Life is a supportive, in-person Self-Love Saturdays workshop designed to help you step into the new year with clarity, confidence and intention.
It’s about pausing after a really frigging busy season and asking:
• What do I want this year?
• Who do I want to be?
• What dreams do I want to bring to life?
• How do I stop putting myself last?
This isn’t about becoming a different person.
It’s about reconnecting with yourself - and giving yourself permission to be the person you dream of again.
And just having a bit of time for yourself and some laughs with other women who get
Plus, we're at a new venue!
🌿 What We’ll Explore Together
• Why so many women end up living on autopilot
• How burnout, people-pleasing and self-doubt pull you out of the centre of your life
• What it really means to be the “main character” (without ego or guilt)
• The beliefs and habits that keep you playing small
• How to start making choices that reflect your needs, wants and dreams
• Practical ways to show up with more confidence and self-trust
💛 What You’ll Walk Away With
You’ll leave with more clarity about what you actually want from this year - not what you should want, or what fits around everyone else, but what matters to you.
And how to make choices about your life that honour youa nd others around you.
And realistically? You’ll probably leave feeling lighter, more confident in your own head, and a bit more solid in yourself than when you arrived.
🌸 Who This Workshop Is For
This is for you if life has felt busy, demanding, or like you’re constantly reacting rather than choosing.
If you’re great at showing up for other people but not so good at showing up for yourself, this session will make a lot of sense.
It’s for women who want personal development that’s practical, grounded, and actually useful - not fluffy, not preachy, and not about fixing yourself.
