In our dynamic, multi-faceted, supercharged, mission-driven, collaborative and connected work culture, we often feel challenged to find enough time to get all the work done. In this session we will examine tried-and-true practices for using our time wisely at work. It may be particularly useful to attend this workshop at the beginning of the semester.

Objectives:

  • Examine the factors and challenges for managing our time effectively

  • Understand the crucial importance of knowing and communicating work priorities, and explore ways to apply this knowledge

  • Consider and share effective practices for scheduling time and following through, including "work in progress" boards for managing projects

Target Audience: any employee of the College wanting to explore how to manage their work more effectively.
