About this event
Join us for a Self-Defense Workshop for women ages 16+. Pre-registration is required and space is limited, so sign up today!
During this active participatory workshop, you will practice realistic self-defense tactics. You will also learn situational awareness and how to handle a confrontation both physically and mentally. Prepare to challenge yourself and feel empowered!
Registration is at 5:45 p.m. • Program begins promptly at 6:00 p.m. Please allow time for parking and checking in.

Can I just show up?
No. Pre-registration is required. Walk-ins are not allowed.
Is there a minimum age requirement to enter the event?
You must be 16+ to attend.
How should I dress for the event?
Please wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes.

Is my ticket transferrable?
Yes. If you register and are unable to attend, you may give your ticket to someone else, or you can let us know and we'll notify someone on our waiting list that a spot opened up!
