About this event
Self defense Saturdays are a FREE monthly class offered to women by #500rising instructors, at the Mounds View Community Center. Each class will focus on a specific topic and include both a presentation on soft skills and physical movement drills.
These are stand alone classes and there are no prerequisites for attendance. You are invited to attend each class whether you were at the previous class or not.
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. You are welcome to bring materials to take notes and a water bottle.
