Finally! Effective and quickly learned Self Defense and Safety techniques.

Mothers and daughters are encouraged to attend together. Girls younger than 13 may attend with an older sibling or mother. This is a progressive series of self defense classes that will increase your ability to defend against a wide range of dangers. This is not a Martial Arts class. This is way beyond Martial Arts. You'll leave with powerful skills after the first class. These classes will change your life.

This is not a workout class. People with all physical abilities are welcome. You do not have to be strong to effectively put down attackers. Venue is wheelchair accessible.

Classes run March 20 through April 24. You can come and observe ($5) any class. 6 classes are $60 for GVRD Vallejo residents and $72 for nonresidents. Join classes anytime but fees are NOT prorated.
