Join a small, online group

  • Explore the use of poetry as a door to self-compassion
  • Cultivate curiosity about our thinking and writing.
  • Experience writing as a tool for positive self-reflection and well-being.

Poetry provides inspiring prompts for writing. By writing and reflecting together, we can learn from each other and recenter with gratitude. Our focus is on hearing your inner voice and bringing it to the page. It is about enjoying the creative in each of us. You will have the opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself, through your own writing, as well as through the writing shared by others.

No writing experience needed.

Group maximum 6 participants.

We will meet virtually using Zoom. Information and Zoom link will be emailed to you the day before the event.

Ali Grimshaw, M.S., is passionate about empowering others, facilitating group inquiry and building supportive communities that celebrate growth. Many have experienced her writing circles to provide a rejuvenating of their inner artist, a strenghtening of trust in their own voice and/or a presence of gatitude for the small joys in life.
