About this event
Have you been struggling with a harsh inner critic for some time now and seeking some relief? Do you genuinely want to be nicer to yourself but just don’t know where to begin in nurturing self-compassion? It is never too late to plant some seeds of self-compassion in your life. This 6 week workshop may be just what you need. One of the unique advantages of a 6 week intensive group like this is that you can really get a jumpstart on cultivating your self-compassion garden along with the farming manual.
The purpose of this workshop group is to provide an engaging opportunity to cultivate self-compassion while providing a safe space to process personal impact. Research has offered compelling evidence that applying self-compassion practices into daily life builds resilience in a variety of ways and contributes to a greater sense of optimal well-being. This group is open to anyone who is looking to build a personal self-compassion practice and learn how to incorporate into daily life.
This workshop is based on the book: The Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook; The Proven Way to accept yourself, build inner strength, and Thrive by Kristen Neff and Chris Germer. It is recommended but not required for the group.
Please email Nicole at nicole@crscounseling.com if you have any questions or concerns about this group.
The group is intended for commitment to attending all 6 sessions.
Sign-Up no later than 11/11.
