During each of these three workshops we will explore together some of the obstacles each of the types experience when seeking self-love and action toward self-love by demonstrating self-compassion.
Although it is important to have an academic understanding of the need for self-love and the obstacles to getting there, we cannot underestimate the need for practice to build our self-love muscles. Although it’s likely that any movement toward self-love is a positive one, each of the types builds those muscles in distinct ways.
We will identify the obstacles by type and also have a brief experiential practice to demonstrate how we can work to relax the ego – our fears and move more fully into a place that allows each type to relax and embrace ourselves.
