Essential Oils Self-Care Stations:

You'll be pleasantly surprised when you experience all the ways essential oils can help your body deal with the many stressors that come your way- both physically and emotionally- on a cellular level. Breathe in the lavender oil blend gently diffused to promote your relaxation. Apply topically one of the many pure essential oils available to massage away your stress, bring relief to sore muscles or boost your mood. You're welcome to enjoy a refreshing drink of fresh citrus & therapeutic oils to give your body a boost with delicious phytonutrients! Essential oils have been used for centuries to help support the body's natural systems and the oils containing sesquiterpines have the ability to pass the blood brain barrier thus making them effective for optimal daily clarity and cognitive health. There's so much more to essential oils than just smelling fantastic. Using them aromatically, topically and internally can take your vital self-care to new levels by instantly transforming your stress level and wellness! Mirror Wellness Stations:

Writer, speaker, coach and nurse, Rochelle has had a lifetime calling to healing. She started with a traditional approach, earning her RN and BSN along with her MSM with a focus in leadership. Since 1993 she has been involved with caring from a management focus, working alongside case managers and practitioners to insure that patients have access to solutions for true wellness, not just the lack of illness. As part of her expanded vision, she has made it her mission to teach others to maximize their physical health by including spiritual and emotional guidance to address the real issues behind a lack of vibrant health. Rochelle is also the author of Shelly and the Circle of Light, a children’s book that encourages them to find their own special light and give back to the world. The profits from her book are used to fund Tummies, Minds, and Spirits, the 501 c 3 foundation started by Rochelle to help children in South Africa through community involvement and education. College is a time for learning the knowledge and tools that will serve you in your professional life. Self care isn’t a class, but it should be. Author and nurse Rochelle Forrest will be sharing her favorite tips and tricks for easy habits that will serve up a lifetime of better health. You never knew how important your mirror could be to your future wellness.
