What does work-life
balance really mean?
Let's talk about self-care
and ways to reduce stress in your life.

Wednesday, February 28, 2018
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

Metro West CDO
3167 Fulton Rd, #303
Cleveland, Ohio 44109

Young professionals frequently juggle more than one commitment at a time. Whether your juggling work, school, volunteering, being a mentor, in addition to the everyday roles we play in our lives, let's explore ways to reduce stress and manage your work-life balance.

This workshop will include light stretches and exercises taught by Emmanuel Santos, a certified personal trainer, and art therapy led by our dear friend Joyce Lee. Workout clothes is encouraged!

Light appetizers and refreshments will be served.
RSVP at www.younglatinonetwork.org.

YLN created a Professional Development Workshop Series for 2018. Monthly workshops will be hosted to help empower young Latinos to develop as leaders and professionals in addition to taking care of themselves. Let's face it! We are all human. Young professionals go above and beyond, and sometimes the work-life balance is disregarded. YLN wants to make sure that our members are growing professionally and personally. So, join us for an open discussion on areas of development each month, discover new resources to help along the way, and engage with fellow YLN members!
