About this event
Self-care is the practice of taking an active role in protecting one's own well-being and happiness, in particular during periods of stress.
YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO:
*Create rituals that will ground your energy
*Get inspired with the complexities of your body
*Rewire your brain through continued practice
Notice the rhythm and flow that you can have in 60 minutes. We start with breathwork, warming up and peaking with a good amount of effort. Transition to flow slower and with more intention. Ultimately moving into more restorative postures and ending with a Tibetan singing bowl song in final relaxation pose. Learn to observe your body and become more self-aware in a beautiful way.
Yoga tends to be a change that we experience inside out. I like to call this the *YOUR ISSUES ARE IN YOUR TISSUES* effect. When we start to FIX and LET GO of the ROOT of the problem, that is how we begin to change. You will find more than space between you and the mat. That's how I fell in love with the practice. Join me every Tuesday!
