Join me in letting go from the day through stretching, relaxing, and freely moving your body. We will focus on loving ourselves for an hour and a half through self expression and creative movement. I will share some easy ways of finding time throughout your busy life to love your body and we will share ways that work for each person in the group. Then we will end with meditation/relaxation and then reflect on the group process. Come find your truth through your own dance!
About the facilitator:
Rachael is a healer and believes in the potential of all human beings. She is a Toddler Head Teacher in Manhattan and is a Dance/Movement Psychotherapist. She combined her two passions in starting her own business called Moving HeARTS. She works privately with families to support their connection using Creative Movement and Dance therapy techniques. She has led many workshops focusing on Self-Care and finds that we must love ourselves fully in order to love others well.
