Join Jessica Brazil, LCSW, RYT on a self-care journey for an in person 4 week Kundalini Yoga series on Thursdays 5-6:15pm July 21 & 28 and 4-5:15pm August 4 & 11.
This self-care support group is focused on the groups evolving needs, but primarily aims to reduce anxiety, uplift mood, enhance clarity, and increase creativity. Each group will include rejuvenating mindfulness practices including Kundalini Yoga, mantras, guided meditation, sound baths, and self-care strategies to support you in your journey of connecting to and grounding into your core essence. Self Care Support Groups takes place at our Kihei office location on the back lawn with a sunset view of the ocean and West Maui Mountains.
