About this event

This four-week workshop is a great way to start a regular writing practice as part of your self-care routine. No matter what form your writing takes, it may exactly what you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Write in any form, style or genre you would like. Explore your creativity, reflect on daily life, or simply free write your thoughts.

We will meet Sundays at 10:00am-12:00pm (EST) for four weeks. Registration is for all four weeks; I understand life happens but hope all participants will commit to showing up each week. Each workshop will consist of timed writing periods (10-20 minutes average) to suggested prompts. Everybody will have the opportunity to share their writing and receive feedback, reading aloud is always voluntary. Responses to writing will focus on what is strong and memorable about the writing. All writing is treated as fiction and kept confidential. Small, intimate group between 4-8 participants.

Workshop may be canceled or postponed due to lack of registered participants. I will contact you at least a week prior to start date to discuss options.
