Hi there!
We are delighted to be running our second 'Self Care Sunday' event after the success of the Mother Nurture event in May.
As a Registered Nutritionist and Qualified Yoga & Pilates Instructor, we are perfectly positioned to bring you this comprehensive event which includes yoga, breathwork, an interactive nutrition workshop & talk, and the opportunity to connect with other women just like you.
This event is all about the incredible power of female hormones, and how we can learn to work, rest and socialise in better alignment with our cycle. We'll be teaching you how different phases of your cycle and changing hormones impact you every day in ways you might not have imagined. You’ll learn what to eat to support each phase, the best movement and self care practices to incorporate to alleviate common PMS symptoms. And how by tuning in to your hormones, you can embrace their power; working with them, rather than against them.
We aim to leave you feeling empowered and confident with how to live a happy life and harness your awesome hormone power!
Your ticket includes:
- A 45 minute yoga class to harness your female energy
- A 45 minute interactive talk on working with the female cycle in every day life, dispelling all the period myths and helping you to feel empowered as a woman
- A "Build a Poke Bowl" activity for lunch
- Breathwork session
- Nutritional Q&A
- Craft and pledge activity, and a chance to chat openly with each other about your experiences
All guests will also receive refreshments and a gift for the mind, body and soul.
