Self-Care Successful Student

To encourage self-care and allow participants to reflect and learn the importance of self-care in college. Four components that the student will learn are, nutrition, exercise, time management, and mindfulness. These components will help the student become aware of their own self-care and the path of becoming a successful student in their academic and personal goals.
