Author and self-care educator, Alexandra Elle alongside wellness guide and yoga teacher, Joanna Andreae, are taking their self-care sessions on the road! The first stop is Los Angeles, California. The themes for this self-care session are:
acknowledging your sacred celebration and creating a safe space for self-blessing.
It's easy for us to get lost in the translation and fast pace of the world with little to no self-praise or preservation. This session will help attendees discover their sacred space and learn, through yoga, meditation, and journaling, how to make room for self-blessing.
Guests can expect:
Grounding + Meditation: Anchor women in the practice and the moment using meditation and breathwork. Invite women to set an intention for their time in the space, their time together and honor/celebrate their commitment + investment in self-care.
Yoga of Empowerment: Creating an accessible yoga practice for everyone in the space. The poses will serve to empower the women doing them. Even if you've never practiced before, this practice invites you to come back to your physical bodies and use your strength as a metaphor for a strong mind, and spirit.

In each city, the Alex and Joanna are teaming up with other dynamic women to help teach and share knowledge. For the LA session, Brandi Sellerz doula and curator of 'Not So Private Parts' will be contributing her expertise on self-care and creating.
Brandi will lead the woman in an interactive flower crown demonstration along with open conversation about curating self-care anywhere.
Attendees should bring a yoga mat, a journal, and wear comfortable clothing. Light snacks and refreshments will be served.
