About this Event
How have our events this semester aided in creating a greater sense of mindfulness in your day-to-day life? Come to our end-of-semester mindfulness reflection event to talk to other students and personally reflect on the practices of holistic self-care that you have developed. What have you learned this semester? What has worked well to help you create balance in your life, and what hasn’t? And, how will you use what you learned this semester in the future?
All students who attended 4 or more Self-Care Saturday programs will be entered into a drawing for a HUGE self-care bundle.
Space is limited, and RSVP is strongly encouraged.
