Learn how to address challenges in body, mind and emotions, that present themselves to us as women in all stages of life: be it during a painful period, menopausal symptoms, labor, a stressful life challenge or in daily decision making.

Familiarize yourself with often neglected aspects of your womanhood through practical knowledge about your female cycle & pelvic anatomy. We’ll explore how to unlock & listen to our body`s wisdom by experiencing a balancing Yin Yang Yoga & meditation practice specifically designed to work with your cycle. Get to know some simple & empowering self care tools to step into your power and to be at ease throughout the month. Physical benefits among others involve the balance of hormone levels, regulation of irregular or absent periods, fertility problems, relief of menopausal symptoms & period pains & establishing equilibrium of underlying emotional & mental imbalances.
