Description

Myofascial Release (MFR) is known as a common sports massage for athletes mostly used after an intense training or workout and has proven itself efficient to induce muscle relaxation, improve blood circulation and releasing muscle knots. Those are also named Trigger points (TP) and in this workshop we are going to look deeper into the layers of this therapeutic massage by adding mindfulness yoga and a series of techniques with the massage ball to gain fundamental insights in how we can restore our physical wellbeing by focusing on transforming pain into a state of complete relaxation. Guided instructions will be given to gain confidence self-practice, develop discipline and self-love while increasing body-mind awareness. This will not only benefit our fitness or yoga performance but will also build sophistication, care and joy into our daily life activities.
Participants will have 1 x massage ball to take home.
