Description

Learn how to use movement to boost your capacity to keep up with life demands while keeping yourself calm, collected, and comfortable. Good for anyone looking to increase resilience to stress, recover from trauma, injury, or chronic pain or preparing for birth or life transition.

Appropriate for the public, yet also will have enough juicy information to be very relevant for health practitioners of all types. (Note, this class is not intended to treat severe emotional trauma. Upon request, I can provide a referral to a trained therapist.)

This class is very movement-based. I also offer an information-rich class called "Learn About Your Nervous System" which happens about twice a year at Peoples. Attending both is great but it's also totally okay to come to either one separately!

$15-$35 sliding scale (plus a small Eventbrite fee). Pre-registration strictly required, as this class will fill up.
For sliding scale, use promo code slide15, slide20, slide25, or slide30 to select your price. Just click "Select your date," click "tickets" and then when the box pops up that says "Select your tickets" click on "Enter promotional code."
