Fall is a season of transition. We see it and we can feel it everywhere around us : days are becoming shorter and crisper, trees and shrubs are turning colorful and start shedding their leaves, animals are busy making food reserves for the winter ...

Fall also affects us humans and if you listen in, you might feel a certain emptiness or nostalgia as you observe the ending of a beautiful seasonal cycle : there goes the summer !
To protect your health during the fall transition, Ayurvedic health educators say it's important to slow down, support your liver's natural ability to remove toxins from the body and increase the inner heat through seasonal food or yogic movements and breathing techniques that will help boost your immune system before the winter.

That is exactly what I had in mind when I put this 6 weeks kundalini yoga self care for the fall transition program together :
-Week#1 of October 29th : we'll start the slowing down process with a beautiful self care yoga practice involving tapping and self massages triggering deep healing and relaxation.
- Week#2 of November 5th, we'll practice a gentle cleansing that will open up the pores of your skin, followed by a set that will enhance your blood circulation.
- Week#3 of November 12th, we will work on a full body detox that will help you get rid of toxic residues accumulated during the summer time.
- Week of November 19th (Thanksgiving Week) NO CLASS
- Week#4 of November 26th, we will practice a kundalini yoga set to support the liver
- Week#5 of Dec 3rd, we will start boosting the immune system so that you can resist diseases.
- Week#6 of Dec 10th, we'll end with grounding and first chakra work to get you ready and steady for the holiday season.

Each week there will be 4 classes with the same program :
Tuesday and Thursdays from 9:30-11 AM
Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:15-6:30 AM
I recommend you join all 6 classes (1 class per week) for a package of $75. Pick a day (Tuesday, or Wednesday or Thursday or Friday) but you may switch if the classes are not full, if you let me know.
Regular students may use their 6 classes punch card and come as often as they wish.
Drop ins are welcome as well if there is space, $15 a class.
All levels are welcome. Chair modifications are available. Bring your yoga mat, a blanket and water.
