Segmenting Clients and Marketing in Their Lanuage
Event Information
About this Event
Description of the Program:
As a marketer, ask yourself these three questions about your firm:
- Is your firms sales cycle too long?
- Is your firm spending too much money advertising and not seeing ROI?
- Is your firm converting the 'free' services it provides to potential clients?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, join us for this workshop.
Every accounting marketer understands the market that they operate in, but sometimes it can be difficult to get through to the client you need to talk to. Wouldn't it be great if your target audience not only heard your message, but was actively seeking it out?
If they are not finding your firm to talk to, they are talking to your competitors. Why aren't they talking to you? Because you are not talking specifically to them. Your message is too broad. This is where client segmentation comes in.
How to Segment Your Clients
It's tough operating a firm that doesn't have large-firm marketing teams or budgets. So, what do you do?
This workshop will provide you with the knowledge and tools to segment your client base and identify the audience you need to be talking to in order to grow your business. You will be able to take this framework back into your firms to implement straight away. You will understand how to strategically place your firms' messaging where in front of your potential clients, so they will hear it at the right time. It's about effectively using your time, knowledge, and resources, to reach an audience that needs the services you offer. Specifically, we will cover:
- How to identify your client
- Dividing up your clients by mind set
- What happens to make your clients take action
