About this event

  • 2 hours 30 minutes
  • Mobile eTicket

It's all happening Saturday April 29, 2023. We'll have registration/check-in and a "Happy Half-hour" starting at 6:30pm and will start the fun at 7:00pm. We expect to be done by 9:00pm.

The event will be in-person at the Borgatti Bar at Whole Foods. It's the upstairs space above the Amazon return desk. (Admit it: You know where THAT is!)

Prizes will be awarded.

Our Master of Ceremonies will be School Committee member Jon Wensky!

Still just $20 per person! (Inflation? Pffft– still No!). Sign up as individual players on-line now. When you get there, you can form teams of up to four players and play together. You can choose to play solo, in pairs, or in triples, as well. So, just to be clear, there will be no team registration, only individuals, but you can tell us you intend to play as a team of up to 4 people. Teams of 5+ are NOT allowed.

Non-playing spectators are allowed at $10 each.

Pizzas are sold (pre-order only) at $20 and will be served during the event. When you buy a pizza (here, on-line) you will be buying a whole pizza as an individual, so be sure to cooridate that with prospective teammates so you don't all order pizza or it's going to be an overly-gooey ("crusty?") night.

There will be a cash bar to wash it all down.

About the organizer

Shrewsbury Education Foundation (SEF) is a Shrewsbury, Massachusetts all-volunteer organization that raises money to fund grants which put resources and programs directly into the classroom. Annually Shrewsbury Public School teachers write grant applications seeking funding for unique learning experiences and resources that will directly benefit students. Without SEF grants teachers would be unable to purchase the materials needed to deliver these valuable learning experiences due to tight education budgets. Our mission is to enrich student learning of Shrewsbury Public School students at every grade level, by stimulating, strengthening and supporting educator-driven innovation. SEF inspires and funds innovation in the Shrewsbury Public Schools. Each year for the past 20 years, SEF has funded new initiatives to provide valuable learning experiences across many classrooms, pre-k through high school. SEF raises money through events, donations and corporate sponsors.
