Seedly Personal Finance Festival 2021 is Singapore’s biggest personal finance festival where you can learn to take control of your personal finances in one day.

Q: Why is Seedly Personal Finance Festival 2021 held online this year?
A: While our previous events have been held in person, due to COVID-19 restrictions, Seedly has decided to shift this event entirely online for health and safety reasons.
While Seedly Personal Finance Festival 2021 will be a fully virtual event, we promise that this event will be equally, if not even more rewarding than the previous years.
Seedly Personal Finance Festival 2021 has 4 stages, and 3 times more speakers and content as we are no longer constrained by the capacity of a physical venue.
Payment
Q: Why am I paying for a virtual event?
A: Just like a physical event, a virtual event requires an equal, if not an even higher level of planning due to the need to pivot to entirely new platforms. Through this event, attendees will also get exclusive access to a strong line-up of established speakers that have been specially sourced and curated by the team. This ensures that quality personal finance knowledge is delivered to our attendees, and can be conveniently accessed from a single platform in a day.
We will also be recording the speakers in a professional studio with 4K cameras to ensure that our speakers are able to deliver their content in the best possible manner.
In addition, there are also costs incurred for virtual events, such as platform and production fees.
Q: I forgot to include the promo code when I purchased my ticket. What should I do?
A: We will not be able to apply a promo code to your order once it has been placed.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: All tickets sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Ticketing
Q: How will I receive my ticket?
A: Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email for the event, along with the e-copy of your ticket. There will not be any physical ticket.
Q: Can I share my ticket with a friend?
A: No. The ticket issued is for single-login and will only be available on one device at any given time.
Q: Can I buy a ticket for my friend or family member?
A: Yes, you can! However, please remember to register the extra ticket which you buy for your friend or a loved one with their details, email address, and contact number. Ticketholders will need a unique email address and contact number in order to access the virtual event via the platform which we're using.
Q: How do I pay for the event?
A: Payments will be made securely through Eventbrite, where you can choose to pay via Paypal or Credit/Debit Card.
The way the charge appears on your statement can vary, and purchases made online through Eventbrite’s website typically include "EB * [[EVENT TITLE]]" and "SAN FRANCISCO, CA." But ultimately, the way your charge displays on your statement is up to your bank or credit card company. Similarly, if your registration was processed through PayPal, the charge on your statement will vary based on the PayPal merchant.
Q: Can I purchase my ticket on the day of the event?
A: Tickets can be purchased on the day of the event if they are still available.
Q: Is there a cap for the number of tickets?
A: To ensure that our attendees are able to achieve the best event experience, there will be a limited number of tickets available. This is to ensure that our servers are able to operate optimally and well within bandwidth requirements. As such, do get your tickets early before it runs out!

Q: Who can join the Seedly Personal Finance Festival 2021?
A: Our event is open to everyone internationally. Anyone with a valid ticket can join the online event.
Q: How will I gain access to the event?
A: The Seedly Personal Finance Festival 2021 will be held virtually.
We will send you instructions on how to access the online platform (Micepad) via a follow-up email closer to the event date.

In addition, a reminder email will also be sent to you 30 minutes prior to the start of the event. That email will also include the access link as well.
Q: Do I need to download any software or apps to access the event?
A: No, you will not need to download any application to access the event through your desktop browser or on any supported iOS, Android and Windows device.
Q: What timezone is this event in?
A: This event is set in Singapore Time (UTC+8:00). However, sessions will be displayed based on the time zone your browser is set to.
Content
Q: How long will the content be available?
A: The content will be available till the end of the event, 10 April 2021, 5pm.
Q: There are so many speakers for this festival. How am I able to go through all the content in 1 day?
A: Rest assured. We have plans for attendees to be able to enjoy the event live virtually on the event day and at the same time, enjoy as much content as possible. We will be announcing some of these plans moving closer to the event date.
Q: Can I record what is presented at the event?
A: Sessions may be recorded for personal use only. They cannot be published anywhere else without the permission of Seedly.
Goodie Bag
Q: How do I know if I’m one of the first 2,000 who is eligible for a goodie bag?
A: Look out for an email at the end of the day which will inform you if you are eligible.
Q: How will I get my goodie bag?
A: Via contactless delivery with our delivery partner. If you do not provide your contact number and address OR do not consent to the processing of your personal data for contactless delivery, you will not be eligible for the goodie bag even if you're among the first 2,000. Sorry!
Q: When will I get my goodie bag?
A: If you are eligible, you should receive your goodie bag in early April 2021, before Seedly PFF 2021 happens.
