Description
SeeClickFix is a new service that allows citizens to report problems in their neighborhood, from potholes and downed power-lines to graffiti and noise complaints, directly to the city they live in. Users report an issue on their phone by snapping a picture and answering a couple of questions. Then it’s sent to the city who reports back to the citizen about how they solved the issue.
This service has the potential to save time for local governments, plus SeeClickFix’s cloud based system means updates about issues are communicated in real time providing a way to close the loop of communication. Cities can also pull reports on the types of issues and where they get reported so over time agencies can get out ahead of potential problems.
