Event description

Description

As your company begins to grow, it can be challenging to maintain a healthy and open culture. On this panel, we'll hear from a few experts that have been here before and we'll learn how to:

  • Create a culture that allows your company to win

  • Provide employees with room to voice ideas, while still making the right decision at the end of the day

  • Maintain the "startup-ness" as the company continues to grow

If you want to know how to keep employees happy and maintain your startup's competitive advantage, then be sure to register for this event!
