About this Event

In one morning Business Women, Change-Makers, and Go-Getters are coming together for a session of facilitated networking and a series of lively and dynamic masterclasses from Women Entrepreneurs from three different continents with an impressive track record of business successes.

We have the honour of presenting you our invited speakers from around the globe - Poom Narudee Kristhanin, Gloria de León, Julia Skupchenko, Maiko Solomnishvili and Marta Ghiglione - who will share their journey, the lessons they have learned along the way and tips for success.

The program of Secrets of International Business Success: Women Only Event consists of two parts.

In the first part our guest speakers will share with you How did they become entrepreneurs? How they have built their businesses? How to find the opportunities and deal with choices they face every day? How do they find clients across the globe?

They will address the challenges every Business Woman faces

Poom Narudee Kristhanin

Narudee, based in Asia, is an organization transformation advisor and leadership development facilitator pioneering in bringing the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method to its full power impacting people and business transformation in Thailand and increasingly regional engagement.

With her multidisciplinary and strong background in strategy, communication, marketing, and organization development, and she uses facilitation especially the LSP method to help clients tackle their specific challenges in driving business transformation, strategy formulation, team synergy, innovation and leadership development. With steady referral from one executives to another, Narudee has supported clients in various industries e.g. banking, FMCG, technology, telecommunication, energy, automobile, retails, public and not-for-profit organizations.

She is an adjunct lecturer for both post-graduate and undergraduate levels on strategic planning and brand strategy, and serves as Board Committee of Khon Thai Foundation, Northwestern Alumni Association (Thailand) and EGN Thailand. She has got MS.c. in Integrated Marketing from Northwestern University (USA) and B.A. in Communications Arts from Chulalongkorn University.

Gloria de León

I am a Change Management and Business Consultant and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Trainer of Facilitators. Also certified as Coach, Neuroleadership, Emotional Intelligence, among others. Active since 1994. In 2007 I founded Ad Hoc, el cambio tu medida, consulting firm focused on helping areas into big companies to enable change. I have developed and implemented solutions for large companies in a wide range of industries. I have experience working for all the hierarchical structure of an organization.

Julia Skupchenko

Maiko Solomnishvili

As an International Coach based in Rome, Italy, Maiko provides an individual approach for every client by combining her background in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience and by applying authenticity, empathy & vulnerability. She has a rich experience of working with people from different age groups and nationalities as a non-formal Educator, Facilitator and Inspirational Speaker on topics of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Emotional Intelligence, and Global Goals. From 2017 she was a Psychologist/ Coach at the private school where she used to lead workshops and training and held individual Sessions.

Currently, Maiko is building her Coaching business with Clients from all over the World and besides that, she is a host Manager of Girl Gone International Rome Events where she organizes different meetings/workshops for Women Empowerment.

Marta Ghiglioni

Managing Director @ ItaliaFintech

Marta is among the 15 most influential Italian women in Innovation in 2017 and the 30 most influential Fintech professionals in Italy 2018. She has background and training in business, law and technology, which she applied working in the financial sector, first as a legal consultant, then from Fintech Specialist in UniCredit, and then to take over the leadership of the Italian association of Fintech companies operating in Italy (ItaliaFintech), working with Italian and European institutions. She conducted research about the effects on the legal system of social networks, proximity marketing, big data and internet of things. In 2015 she gave a speech at the Italian Deputy Chamber about Privacy and Labor law issues in Enterprise Social Networks.

Marta works for bringing innovation to life and the real world. She strongly believes in the power of cooperation and partnerships.
