A conference that brings together Selenium developers & enthusiasts from around the world to share ideas, socialize, and work together on advancing the present and future of Selenium.

Workshops

All-day pre-conference workshops will take place on Monday, April 3rd. Workshop tickets are sold separately from conference tickets.

Workshop topics include "Getting Started with Selenium", "Fix A Bug, Become A Committer", "Mobile Test Automation With Appium," and "Selenium Grid".

Conference

The full Conference will be held on the Tuesday & Wednesday, April 4th & 5th.

Your conference ticket includes breakfast and lunch on both days, plus an evening reception with drinks and heavy hors-d'oeuvres on Tuesday night, April 4th. There are also reception breaks, networking opportunities, and some terrific swag!

Lodging

The conference room block at the Hyatt Regency Austin is sold out and there is limited availability at the Embassy Suites across the street. There are several hotels on the other side of the river that are within an easy walk to the Hyatt Regency including The Radisson and the JW Marriott Austin Downtown.

Refunds

Full refunds (minus a $30 processing fee) can be issued up to 50 days after you register, and it can take up to 30 days to process. Alternatively, if you purchased a ticket and are unable to attend you have the option to transfer it to someone else.

Attendee Substitutions

You may substitute a different attendee for your existing registration at any time before the start of the conference by emailing eventbrite-selenium@sfconservancy.org with the person's name and email address you would like to send in your place.

Does my conference ticket get me access to workshops?

No. Workshops are quite limited on space and tickets for each session are sold separately (and currently sold out).

Is the speaker schedule posted yet?

Yes! You can see it at http://seleniumconf.com/

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There are multiple public and private transportation options available in downtown Austin (no Uber though!) Paid parking is also available at the Hyatt Regency Austin.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

What's the refund policy?

Full refunds (minus a $30 processing fee) can be issued up to 50 days after you register, and it can take up to 30 days to process. Alternatively, if you purchased a ticket and are unable to attend you have the option to transfer it to someone else. Email info@seleniumconf.com to get the process started (for either a refund or a ticket transfer).

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we will have an online record of your registration.

Can I update my registration information?

You can update your registration info at any time, note however that changes made after March 20th may not be applied to information printed on your badge (first name, last name, company name).

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

You may substitute a different attendee for your existing registration at any time before the start of the conference by emailing eventbrite-selenium@sfconservancy.org with the person's name and email address you would like to send in your place.
