About this Event

This oral history project is a partnership of the Department of Oral History, the Women's and Gender Studies Program, and the WGST Partnership Council.

Malissa Burnette, 1971 B.A. sociology and 1977 law, is the featured speaker. She is an attorney practicing in Columbia and was recognized by WREN in 2018 as one of South Carolina’s trailblazers for women’s rights.

Includes a wine and cheese reception.
