Please join us at SEOMoz's headquarters for our first Seattle Zendesk User Group on Thursday February 28th!

We'll provide dinner, a customer speaker and then we'll open it up to you to discuss and share Zendesk best practices. Every customer uses Zendesk differently, so there are lots of great things to learn and we want to ensure that you are getting the most out of your Zendesk. If you can't attend, please make sure to subscribe to the Seattle user group forum to keep apprised of future events!

We'll also have a support advocate on-site to answer any questions you might have, help moderate the conversation or to look at your Zendesk to make suggestions on how you can improve its efficiency.

6:00 - 6:15pm: Arrival and meet n' greet with the Zendesk team
6:15 - 6:25pm: User Group overview from Community Evangelist, Marissa Root
6:25 - 6:45pm: Nick Sayers, Communications Chief :) at SEOMoz presents on Triage: Solving Growing Pains with Bug Communication
6:45 - 7:30pm: Breakout sessions to discuss what Zendesk features, integrations and support issues matter most to you and your organization
7:30 - 8:00pm: Networking

Who should attend: This event is for Zendesk customers as it is a working session focused on topics related directly to our product but it can also be useful for people looking to learn more about our product.

We would love to hear if there are specific topics or questions you would like discussed - please answer the optional questions during registration to get them added to the agenda.
