Indoor seating reservation in the Pavilion at Applewood Winery. NYS is allowing us to be open with restrictions. Please read and consent to the following:

*Your reservation is $5 per person for 90 minutes and is nonrefundable.

*Parties are limited to FOUR guests or less. If you have a larger party please contact Applewood Winery to determine if we can accommodate you.

*Due to NYS COVID-19 regulations food must be purchased at your table. No outside food or beverages are permitted.

*No people under 21 permitted in the Pavilion

* No pets permitted on the grounds

*Tables are not to be pushed together and guests must remain 6 feet apart from each other.

*There is no re admittance once you leave your table.

*Please note that if you are displaying any signs of illness you will be asked to leave. If you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 please do not enter the grounds.

*Face coverings are required when you are not seated at your table.

*Anyone violating the rules will be asked to leave without a refund
