Seasons of Love Detroit is held on Sweetest Day weekend to celebrate the contributions of local unsung community heroes who work to bring healing, wellness, and love to our Metro-Detroit region.
This year we recognize Ortagus Jackson, Community Activist, for the good he does all over the city. We will also raise funds and awareness for the work of My Sister's KEYpers, a local non-profit that is bringing mental health healing and freedom from substance abuse to our Metro-Detroit Community. In our ongoing effort to help people succeed on the Path of Life, we are pleased to announce our partnership with The friends of Kayla Parker-Tolbert Philanthropic Group in presenting Kayla Parker-Tolbert Path of Life Scholarship to a local student who is musically gifted and pursuing higher education at a local university or college despite overcoming a chronic health or challenging circumstance.
