Seasons of Change: Rest and Renewal Through Sand and Clay

By Creative Pie™

Overview

Join us in person to slow down, recharge and make space for creativity, exploration and connection through sand and clay.

Seasons of Change: Rest and Renewal Through Sand and Clay

As January draws to a close and the year starts to find its rhythm, take a moment to pause before everything speeds up again.

Designed especially mental health professionals, therapists, psychotherapists, counsellors and social workers both qualified and in training, join us for a restorative day of sand, clay and mindful making, a space to rest, reflect and set intentions that feel grounded and true (not just another 'new year, new you'!)

We'll slow things down, reconnect with ourselves and others, and welcome the changes the year ahead may bring - all with plenty of delicious snacks to keep your creative energy (and sweet tooth) happily fuelled. You’ll gain new tools for your client work and new approaches to help you process your professional experiences.

No artistic skill required.

Some feedback from previous attendees:

"Gave me a real insight into what I can try to bring into my professional role as well as helping me with self-care when the role gets challenging." (Psychiatrist, NHS)

"I enjoyed the openness, kindness, trust and safety built to share and have a go." (Natalie Lunn, Mental Health Practitioner)

"Alice and Donna were exceptional facilitators and tailored each workshop to our needs and with incredible creative input." (Annemarie Smith, Project Coordinator, Plan International UK)
